Hair "Aquarius" AND "Let The Sunshine In" (the original Broadway cast)

Lyrics to Aquarius
When the moon is in the Seventh House
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love, will steer the stars
This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius
The age of Aquarius
Aquarius!
Aquarius!
Harmony and understanding
Sympathy and trust abounding
No more falsehoods or derisions
Golden living dreams of visions
Mystic crystal revelation
And the mind's true liberation
Aquarius!
Aquarius!
When the moon is in the Seventh House
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love, will steer the stars
This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius
The age of Aquarius
Aquarius!
Aquarius!
Aquarius!
Aquarius!

USA FOR AFRICA - We Are The World

There comes a time when we hear a certain call
When the world must come together as one
There are people dying
And its time to lend a hand to life
The greatest gift of all

We can't go on pretending day by day
That someone, will soon make a change
We are all a part of Gods great big family
And the truth, you know,
Love is all we need

[Chorus]
We are the world, we are the children
We are the ones who make a brighter day
So lets start giving
There's a choice we're making
We're saving our own lives
Its true we'll make a better day
Just you and me

Send them your heart so they'll know that someone cares
And their lives will be stronger and free
As God has shown us by turning stones to bread
So we all must lend a helping hand

[Chorus]

When you're down and out, there seems no hope at all
But if you just believe there's no way we can fall well well well well
Let us realize that a change can only come
When we stand together as one

Teaching with Technology: Week 1

This is Nellie's introduction to the Teaching with Technology online course.
And this is Dr. Nellie's article describing not only this particular course , but also some basic information about education online.
I followed the instructions and set my course; https://www.wiziq.com/course/95228-halina-s-conversational-english
I also conducted the first live class;
The meeting was very nice. It was a great pleasure to have a wonderful conversation with my online friends such as ;

Iwona Filip, Poland
Brian Boneham, United Kingdom
Nives Torresi, Italy
Jakub Kalinowski, Poland
Guadalupe Ortega, Mexico
María Jesús García San Martín, Spain
Prem Kumar Behera, Indie
Generally speaking, it was supposed to be an introduction to the values of being fluent in English as well as how not to learn foreign languages to escape from widespread learning mistakes.
I was presenting my teaching and learning experience and we were talking about our tutoring methods and discussing a value of English for communication approach.

Bryan Adams - Summer Of 69 (Official live)

I got my first real six-string
Bought it at the five-and-dime
Played 'til my fingers bled
Was the summer of '69

Me and some guys from school
Had a band and we tried real hard
Jimmy quit and Jody got married
I shoulda known we'd never get far

Oh when I look back now
The summer seemed to last forever
And if I had a choice
Yeah, I'd always wanna be there
Those were the best days of my life

Ain't no use in complainin'
When you got a job to do
Spent my evenin's down at the drive in
And that's when I met you

Standin on your mama's porch
You told me that you'd wait forever
Oh and when you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life Oh yeah

Back in the summer of '69

Man we were killin' time
We were young and restless
We needed to unwind
I guess nothin' can last forever, forever no

And now the times are changin'
Look at everything that's come and gone
Sometimes when I play that old six-string
I think about you wonder what went wrong

Standin' on your mama's porch
You told me it would last forever
Oh when you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life Oh yeah

I love the song and my Bartek used to sing it for me.

Sheryl Crow & Eric Clapton @ A Very Special Christmas Live ("Merry Chris...

Merry Christmas, baby
You sure did treat me nice
Merry Christmas pretty, baby
You sure did treat me nice
Gave me a diamond ring
For Christmas
Now I'm living in paradise

Well, I'm feeling mighty fine
Got good music on my radio
Well, I'm feeling mighty fine
Got good music on my radio
Well
I would have kissed you, baby
While you're standing
Beneath the mistletoe

Well, alright
Ain't that the truth now

Santa came down the chimney
About a half past three
He brought
These pretty presents
That you see before me
Merry Christmas, baby
You sure been good to me

I haven't had
A toddy this morning
But I'm all lit up
Like a Christmas tree

Well, I wanna
Wanna bring
It a little bit high
Well, I
Well I wanna bring
It a little bit high
Oh, I wanna bring
It a little bit high, baby
No, wanna bring
It a little high, baby
Little high

Haven't had
A toddy this morning
But I'm all lit up
But I'm all lit up
But I'm all lit up
But I'm all lit up
Said I'm all lit up
I'm all lit up, baby

Merry Christmas, baby
Merry, merry, merry, merry
Merry Christmas, baby

MICHAEL BUBLE - SWAY | LIVE IN CONCERT (HD 720p)

When marimba rhythms start to play
Dance with me, make me sway
Like a lazy ocean hugs the shore
Hold me close, sway me more

Like a flower bending in the breeze
Bend with me, sway with ease
When we dance you have a way with me
Stay with me, sway with me

Other dancers may be on the floor
Dear, but my eyes will see only you
Only you have that magic technique
When we sway I go weak

I can hear the sounds of violins
Long before it begins
Make me thrill as only you know how
Sway me smooth, sway me now

Other dancers may be on the floor
Dear, but my eyes will see only you
Only you have that magic technique
When we sway I go weak

I can hear the sounds of violins
Long before it begins
Make me thrill as only you know how
Sway me smooth, sway me now

When marimba rhythms start to play
Dance with me, make me sway
Like a lazy ocean hugs the shore
Hold me close, sway me more

Like a flower bending in the breeze
Bend with me, sway with ease
When we dance you have a way with me
Stay with me, sway with me

When marimba start to play
Hold me close, make sway
Like a ocean hugs the shore
Hold me close, sway me more

Like a flower bending in the breeze
Bend with me, sway with ease
When we dance you have a way with me
Stay with me, sway with me

Bruce Springsteen-O Mary don't You Weep With subtitles

O MARY DON'T YOU WEEP

Album version

Well if I could I surely would
Stand on the rock where Moses stood
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't you weep

O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't you weep

Well Mary wore three links and chains
On every link was Jesus' name
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't you weep

O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't weep
Go!

Go!

Well one of these nights bout 12 o'clock
This old world is gonna rock
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't you weep

Well Moses stood on the Red Sea shore
Smote' the water with a two by four
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't you weep

Alright!

(O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn)
(O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn)
(Pharaoh's army got drownded)
(O Mary don't you weep)

Well old Mr. Satan he got mad
Missed that soul that he thought he had
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't you weep

Brothers and sisters don't you cry
There'll be good times by and by
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't weep

Well oh Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't you weep

Solo, try it out!
(O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn)
(O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn)
(Pharaoh's army got drownded)
(O Mary don't weep)
Hey!

Drums!

God gave Noah the rainbow sign
"No more water but fire next time"
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't you weep

O Mary don't you weep, don't (you) mourn
O Mary don't you weep, don't (you) mourn
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't weep

O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
Pharaoh's army got drownded
O Mary don't weep

Everybody!
(O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn)
(O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn)
(Pharaoh's army got drownded)
(O Mary don't weep)

O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn
Pharaoh's army got drownded
Oooooooh, Mary don't yoooooou

(O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn)
(O Mary don't you weep, don't mourn)
(Pharaoh's army got drownded)
(O Mary don't weep)

Bruce Springsteen recorded this traditional song with The Seeger Sessions Band during the "Seeger Sessions". The song is included on his 2006 cover album, We Shall Overcome - The Seeger Sessions.
The Seeger Sessions consist of three recording sessions (a 2-days session on 01 and 02 Nov 1997, a 1-day session in Dec 2005, and a 1-day session in Jan 2006), during which all the album's songs were cut live in the living room of Bruce's New Jersey farmhouse. The songs were not rehearsed and all arrangements were conducted as Bruce and the band played. It is not clear during which one of the three sessions O MARY DON'T YOU WEEP was recorded.

U2 - One/Unchained Melody (Sydney 1993) - with lyric subtitles

Is it getting better
Or do you feel the same
Will it make it easier on you
Now you got someone to blame

You say
One love
One life
When it's one need
In the night
It's one love
We get to share it
It leaves you baby
If you don't care for it

Did I disappoint you?
Or leave a bad taste in your mouth?
You act like you never had love
And you want me to go without

Well it's too late
Tonight
To drag the past out
Into the light
We're one
But we're not the same
We get to carry each other
Carry each other
One

Have you come here for forgiveness
Have you come to raise the dead
Have you come here to play Jesus
To the lepers in your head
Did I ask too much
More than a lot
You gave me nothing
Now it's all I got
We're one
But we're not the same
We hurt each other
Then we do it again

You say
Love is a temple
Love a higher law
Love is a temple
Love the higher law
You ask me to enter
But then you make me crawl
And I can't be holding on
To what you got
When all you got is hurt

One love
One blood
One life
You got to do what you should

One life
With each other
Sisters
Brothers

One life
But we're not the same
We get to carry each other
Carry each other

One

One
